She listened to what we were looking for in a home and narrowed our search down accordingly. She was very knowledgeable regarding things to look for when viewing houses and what to expect when dealing with a FHA loan. She kept us from getting discouraged through all the viewings and unsuccessful offers. When we ran into a speedbump with financing, she worked with our lender to find a way to get us approved.

For example, we had an unfortunate car breakdown, and she picked us up at the repair shop and drove us to the showing (which turned out to be our new home). I had a list of things I wanted in a property and things I definitely didn’t want. But within that criteria, there were a lot of possibilities. Anica was very considerate of my uncertainty, and over time guided me in narrowing down my options. She was always quick in revising my search criteria, which I did several times and made sure I received listings even during my long periods of dormancy. Anica was very indulgent when she knew I was only “window shopping”, and was able to arrange viewings in a very professional manner at times that were convenient for me. She’s familiar with many parts of the metro area and was able to provide relevant insight into various neighborhoods and subdivisions. When finally I began searching in earnest based on a specific timeframe, Anica was readily available for viewings, arranging visits to multiple properties on the same day, spending many hours of her weekends accompanying me as I inspected different sites. She was endlessly patient as I contemplated and rejected many candidates. When I decided to make an offer on a place, Anica was ready to act quickly and walked me through all the steps that lay ahead. Not only was she was present for all inspections and made sure I had all the available pertinent documents provided by the seller, she helped me interpret their contents and consequences. Her experience showed when there were pre-purchase issues to address. And even while she was on vacation, she remained available and kept me updated on progress. She made sure the closing was executed properly and efficiently and assured me that she would be on-hand if I needed her assistance in the future. I can’t imagine having a better property-buying experience and would recommend her to anybody needing real estate services.
